We had a staycation with our grandchildren. We were all thrilled with our adventure.
Breakfast is always amazing. The location is very nice, close to nearby restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Nice rooms but please clean carpets before other people go in to stay. Previous hotel (not Hyatt properties) charged us for stains that weren't our fault. Almost gave up hope in hotels until we stayed at the Hyatt Place. Very nice pool and spa.
Breakfast was good, room was comfy, had to ask 3 times for sofa sleeper bedding. Location is good if you have a car, otherwise only a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Carpeting in halls showing wear, room carpet was stained. Overall, it was better than average. Ron, the shuttle driver was awesome and friendly! OH - Ron!
Rooms are always clean and the breakfast in the morning is the best ! The staff is are so helpful. This last trip I was traveling just me and my daughter and they got the shuttle to us right away from the airport

It one of the few places in anchorage that has a pool. The bar restaurant is really good and they offer a really good hot breakfast.
